Naas v Eadestown

Eadestown U10's took on their Naas counterparts in a local derby in Naas this afternoon. This was a first outing for both sides in the Spring League.
In a game full of skill and wonderful attacking play, Eadestown came out on top.

The first half was decorated by spectacular scores from an attacking away team. Evan Cahill, Ruairí Flynn and Conor Morrin backing up a scoring blitz from the pocket rocket Oscar Gough.

A much more competitive second half saw Naas get a couple of well worked scores. But dogged defending from Daniel Sargent, Charlie Ross and Jack Madden meant that Naas couldn’t eat into the Eadestown lead.

Well done to both teams for displaying all the skills associated with the great game of football. A credit to both clubs.
