Eadestown played their second game away under lights again on Friday March 20th v Ellistown. Again, this was a good open game between two well matched teams but Ellistown throughout the game were more clinical in front of goal. Eadestown spurned a few great chances in the first half and found themselves trailing 0-9 to 0-7 at halftime . Early in the second half Elllistown tacked on a couple more points and then mid way through second half Eadestown conceded a rather soft goal to leave themselves a mountain to climb . They responded well with a couple of scores and then had a glorious chance of a goal themselves to bring it back to a 1 point game but unfortunately it wasn’t converted an Ellistown kicked last score to win out 1-14 to 0-12.

Well done to CJ Boran who made his senior league debut as a starter.
