Eadestown Ladies-2016

Eadestown ladies played their first game away to Maynooth on Tuesday 29th March in division 2 of the league.  The ‘town’ were short a few regulars due to  holidays. Maynooth were strong all over the field and Eadestown were under pressure in many positions throughout  the game. Injuries to S Tierney and S O’Sullivan did not help the Eadestown challenge. Maynooth won on a scoreline 3-11 to 2-7.

Round 2 of the league was postponed due to the pitch in Clane being unplayable on Tuesday 5th April.

The next game was away to Naas on Tuesday 12 th April. Eadestown were stronger and ran out easy winners .All twenty two players togged out   got game time and all played their part .Final score Eadestown 4-14:Naas 2-5.
